A quick Tour around the Pantheon, Paris 5th District on late December 2021
The borders were closed again and in the meantime I went for a walk around one of the filming locations of the Emily in Paris series ...
Very close to the filming location of the series, an imposing monument : The Pantheon !
On November 30, 2021 the honors were paid to the great American artist of color and resistance in France during the Second World War, Josephine Baker, buried as a postumum.
We will also evoke another woman, a prominent figure in French political life, Simone Veil, Jewish, survivor of the Shoah, also recently pantheonized (2018).
Then, on a lighter touch, we will head to the Mouffetard market where I can not wait to take you on a tour to taste all these wonders of French gastronomy!
